Return Window
1.30 days from delivery. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
2. Eligible Items
- Unused, original condition & packaging
- With order number or receipt
- Custom/engraved items
- Underwear, socks
- Opened plush stuffing
- Digital downloads, gift cards
3. Refund Process
- Log in → Orders → Request Return → Add reason + photos
- We email you our China return address
- Shipping costs:
- Your reason: you pay both ways
- Our fault (defect/wrong item): we cover return shipping
- Timeline:
- Item received → 3–5 business days inspection
- Approved → refund in 1–3 days (original payment method)
Same item (size/color) only. Follow return steps. No cross-style swaps.
