1.30 days from delivery. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days.

2. Eligible Items

  • Unused, original condition & packaging
  • With order number or receipt
Non-returnable:
  • Custom/engraved items
  • Underwear, socks
  • Opened plush stuffing
  • Digital downloads, gift cards

3. Refund Process

  1. Log in → Orders → Request Return → Add reason + photos
  2. We email you our China return address
  3. Shipping costs:
    • Your reason: you pay both ways
    • Our fault (defect/wrong item): we cover return shipping
  4. Timeline:
    • Item received → 3–5 business days inspection
    • Approved → refund in 1–3 days (original payment method)
Same item (size/color) only. Follow return steps. No cross-style swaps.
